Privacy policy

Controller

In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads no content from third-party servers (no external fonts, scripts or images). There are no forms and no login.

Hosting

The website runs on a server operated by myLoc managed IT AG in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Server log files

With every request, the web server automatically stores:

• IP address
• date and time
• requested address
• HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
• previously visited page (referrer), if your browser sends it
• browser identification (user agent)

If an error occurs, an error entry with this information is stored as well.

The purpose is to deliver the website, to keep the server secure (for example, to detect attacks) and to analyse errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.

The log files are rotated daily and deleted after 8 days at the latest. They are not analysed for any other purpose and not combined with other data.

Encryption

The connection to this website is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).

Rights under the GDPR

Where the respective conditions are met, the GDPR provides the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77). As a rule, log data cannot be attributed to any specific person (Art. 11 GDPR).

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR may be objected to on grounds relating to the particular situation of the data subject.
